The doctor really care about my well-being. Her professionalism, concern and friendliness were much appreciated.

First and foremost, I want to say that in my short meeting with Dr. Abou-Jaoude, she was fantastic. She was understanding of my concerns and listened to my questions. She included me in the care plan and responded with empathy and understanding. My only concern with my interaction with her was the explanation of working in patients whom she needed to see to explain the delays.My main concerns with the initial staff who saw me in the screening area was her lack of preparation. All staff In the screening rooms were fine. The staff who came into the exam room prior to Dr. Abou_Jadoue did not introduce himself and then put the blame on me for the delayed visit.
