Dr. Arterburn is such a caring doctor. I always see her in the afternoons and am always amazed at her cheerfulness and taking time out to ask how I really am and talk about any health issues, even after a full day of dealing with patients. Just seeing her makes me feel better!!!!I just love her! And her team is excellent too!

Dr Arterburn was absolutely amazing in taking to myself and patient. She made us both feel seen and heard. She made sure to show patient that provider and parent work together to make sure he is properly taken care of. I have never had a bad experience at Turfland.

I despise doctor visits, but Dr Arterburn makes the experience much easier. Not just this recent visit, but since the beginning of when she became my PCP, she has been nothing but kind and empathetic. She always listens to my concerns, allows me to have a voice in my plan of care (even when I can be a little stubborn). She is very friendly and welcoming, which fosters more productive appointments. I always feel she is talking TO me rather than talking AT me as some physicians have in the past. I have recommended her on multiple occasions when I hear of a friend/colleague looking for a new PCP. She's fantastic.

Dr Arterburn is the best provider I've had at UK. She really listens, is encouraging, and guides me in setting goals. Dr. Arterburn is outstanding!! She is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I can truly see why she's booked out two to three months in advance. She is excellent at getting right to the issue at hand and immediately providing options for the patient's treatment. Most understanding and empathetic. I know when I contact her via MyChart that I'll hear from here quickly. It's often hard for me to leave home because I'm a chronic pain patient. She proposed we do some our visits via Telehealth to make it easier for me. I'm so grateful for that!!! Now I know I can make my appointment with her even if I'm feeling poorly. That means so much to me and my wife.

I dint hate this person, I just have no idea of I have infection symptoms why she'd rely on false test results then tell me I don't need antibiotics, I've been treated for this type of cocktail infection before at this clinic, even with the pulmonary embolism type symptoms and the supposed rambling, which is symptom of infection injury, and exploit
