      It was changed to in person appointment by my request, which was taken care of immediately. Dr. Rao is an excellent doctor. Lab test review is a big part of my appointment with her. She goes over them with me, explaining in great detail. She tells me how they affect my care. I always feel like I am well taken care of during my appointments with her.
