The doctor came in and did my procedure. She really didn't have much to say. She was tired and stressed from being on call.

It would be very helpful to have more complete explanations of what this test involved prior to the appointment. I went on youtube and found a urologist explaining about some of the important things to know in preparation ie that sticky probes would be attached to the groin area and buttocks and the importance of hair removal etc. Also to understand more about the positioning etc.

The provider discussed issues with my medical problem - She discussed a treatment plan and then discussed what need to happen if this treatment plan didn't work.

I was soooo impressed with Dr. Ballert. I loved how invested she was, even with a problem that I was not there for. She was what every pt. wants their dr. to be!

Waited many months to see Dr. Ballert but my time with her was brief - most of the visit was with nurse and resident. Dr. Ballert was polite but seemed rushed and made it clear I would not see her on return visit, but rather an APRN.

Dr. Ballert was very good. She had a student with her that actually ran the test but both talked to me and explained to me what was going to happen what the procedure would be the risks involved and what might happen afterwards. So I was fully informed and they proceeded just as they told me they would and everything went just as they said. All in all great experience as far as their jobs are concerned.

Seemed disappointed I didn't have cancer and offered no treatment for the condition I did have.
