    My son had been seen by Peds his whole life, but after aging out had to switch to adult, even though he's still the size of a small child. Dr. Maes chose to continue his care after an icu stay a couple years ago. I was so nervous and worried after being discharged and had so many questions. Dr. Maes and her staff were always so patient, helpful and still are. We are so very thankful for them.

      I saw Dr. Maes for the 1st time in November and she was the firsst (out of 3 over the years) pulmonologist to take the time to review my records and scans. She made a new diagnosis and has prescribed a daily no given for me that will hopefully help me healthy or healthier for the rest of my life. I am so fortunately to be in her care.

      Dr. Maes is THE BEST physician I have ever seen. She made eye contact the whole visit, made me feel at ease, explained everything I had questions about and acted like I was her only patient. She is truly one of a kind. I wish all physicians were like her.
