About

Dr. Andrew Greene is a maternal-fetal medicine physician at UK HealthCare. He manages a variety of conditions during pregnancy, including preeclampsia and gestational diabetes, in addition to fetal structure anomalies, genetic syndromes and other concerns.

Dr. Greene earned his medical degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology as well as a fellowship in maternal fetal medicine, both at Wake Forest School of Medicine in North Carolina. 

Dr. Greene has received multiple teaching awards, including Fellow Teacher of the Year and Resident Teacher of the Year, which reflect his commitment to education and mentorship. 

His research focuses on simulation in obstetrics and quality improvement in maternal care. He is an active member of the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists,  and other professional organizations.
 

Personal Statement

I believe every family deserves high-quality care through pregnancy, especially when challenges arise. My philosophy is to combine medical expertise with compassionate guidance, helping families feel informed, supported and cared for as we work together for the best outcomes.
