I never got to see the doctor after waiting for hours with no explanation. The waiting room was unsafe due to a woman who was coughing so bad she could barely breath.

*Dr. Bastos was a good communicator. She used plain language that was easy to understand and and told me what to expect. She was sensitive to how I might feel during the procedure and gave me opportunities to ask questions.

The doctor did not explain what the cause of my change of vision could be. She was very thorough in her examination and asked me to go back in a month. She emphasized that if my condition would get worse I should get an appt. ASAP or go to the ER if after hours or weekend.
