Dr Bansal had the worse bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. When asking questions about the procedure he kept his back to me and would not even address me but instead typed on his computer. After waiting nearly 2 hours to see him he could not give us the common courtesy of 5 minutes of him time but instead seemed very rushed and annoyed. Having two family members work for UK I was embarrassed by the care that was given by this office.

Due to delay in dilating my eyes. The dr had limited time to examine me as he Needed to leave to get to airport. He did explain what he saw and told the chief resident exactly where and how to laser me when fluid went down. It was thanksgiving day. Dr did give me instructions and told chief resident to call if he encountered any issues or had questions

The doctor was efficient, but he told me nothing about my condition. I asked a question and he answered. I was too nervous to ask more questions, whichever I had.

I was referred for my left eye, but the reason for the referral was not discussed. I have several problems with my eyes and I am seen every 6-12 months for observation. I am confused about information given at the visit and the information in my office note. I thought that there was no inflammation anymore, but the doctor said there was.

The care provider, Dr. Bansal did not show interest in my eyes. He asked me to look directly into the light, both eyes, it really hurt so bad I had to close my eyes both times, I was blinded for a few seconds. Dr Bansal did not request me to look at an eye chart. I thought that was my reason for being there. I asked him about Fuchs dystrophy, he informed me he is not an ED, whatever that is, he didn't explain but said he did not see anything that my eyes were fine, just watch the sugar and come back in 4-6 months.
