We’re proud to play a part in protecting Kentuckians against COVID-19. COVID-19 vaccinations are available for free to anyone age 12 and older. Additionally, third-dose boosters of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines are available to eligible immunocompromised people. Vaccinations are being given at UK HealthCare locations operated by UK Pharmacy Services. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Vaccinations are offered Tuesday - Friday. We no longer offer vaccinations at Kroger Field.

THE COVID-19 FIGHT
In September 2021, we joined hospital staff for a few days to document the reality of treating COVID-19 patients across the hospital system. Our series, “UK HealthCare: Voices from the Front Lines,” highlights stories and perspectives from our front line workers who have been caring for our sickest COVID-19 patients since March 2020.
As COVID-19 remains a significant health risk for many individuals, UK HealthCare is continuing to restrict visitation in all hospitals and clinics – with some amendments – to promote the health and safety of our patients, visitors and staff.
