Providing safe, convenient care in person or virtually

Our entire team – from doctors and nurses to administrative and housekeeping staff – is committed to providing the safest environment possible. We have created this online hub to share resources and information, inspiring stories and important news on COVID-19 and UK HealthCare’s response. UK HealthCare was made for times like these, and we promise to keep delivering the world-class care you expect.

When it comes to your health, some things can’t be put on hold. UK HealthCare provides both in-person and virtual appointment options – through UK TeleCare and UK Urgent TeleCare – to help you receive the care you need seamlessly.
UK HealthCare does not offer the COVID-19 vaccine at our outpatient clinics. Vaccinations are being given at a central location at UK’s Kroger Field, following the state of Kentucky’s phased plan. You can submit a request for vaccination at ukvaccine.org. Call 859-218-0111 if you need help filling out the online form.
