A provider will send an email invitation to join the GetWell Loop.
This will be sent from the email address email@example.com. After a patient accepts the invitation, they’ll need digital access – a computer, a tablet or a smartphone – to access the GetWell Loop.
Through this service, they’ll be asked each day to answer a short survey about current symptoms. Our team will review the survey results. If results show that a patient’s condition is worse, the care team will contact the patient to talk about next steps needed, such as TeleCare appointments, hospitalization or other care.
The GetWell Loop will also send daily information and advice about COVID-19. For example, one day, a patient might receive a fact sheet about COVID-19; the next, a video, outlining steps to prevent the disease’s spread. All information is from trusted, reliable sources, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.

This day-to-day monitoring ensures that your COVID-19 case is being closely watched and gives you the peace of mind to know that we are with you every step of the way. Through the GetWell Loop, we will
- Monitor your condition using a daily survey. If you develop symptoms or if your mild symptoms worsen, our team will contact you about testing, UK TeleCare appointments, hospitalization or other needed care.
- Provide the resources and information you need to monitor your health and manage your care while safe at home.
- Send you daily information from reliable medical sources about COVID-19, including steps to prevent it and recommended treatment for mild cases.
