Personal Statement
People matter. This is why I chose to become a nurse practitioner over 25 years ago. I learned about hospice as a 20-year-old college student when my young mother lost her four-year battle with breast cancer. I joined Bluegrass Care Navigators to help support patients and their families through compassionate end-of-life care.
When I am not working, I am baking, quilting or traveling. A self-proclaimed "foodie," I hold "Elite" status on Yelp! as a food critic.
