      Let me preface all of this by saying that Theodora Bowman was very polite and kind in her demeanor. However, I have never seen this degree of unprofessionalism in all my years of visiting audiologists. She was on her cell phone for most of my testing. I could clearly see her texting and utilizing social media, all while recording the results of my tests. How can I trust she recorded my results accurately? I also felt that my test was very short and not thorough compared to other hearing tests I've had before. If a shortened test Is standard practice, I am fine with that but would have liked for that to have been explained. Her behavior was not at all indicative of the caliber of care I am used to receiving at this facility, and I will avoid using her in the future if I can help it.

      Dr Bowman was great and was kind to patient, even when the testing was uncomfortable for him she was responsive and tried to help ease his discomfort and still complete testing. Dr Bowman did a great job explaining the results, and let us know what to expect next.
