She did a great job engaging my three year old for the hearing test. He behaved better than I could have imagined. She explained the results at the end before I even left as well. She was wonderful.

Dr. Persis is an amazing audiologist who connects so well with her patients and listens to concerns. She always goes above and beyond to help us understand.

Dr. Ormond took her time explaining our sons hearing loss and the best routes of care. She let us ask any and all questions we had. She listened to our concerns and allowed us to discuss what we feel would be best for our son. Dr. Ormond was absolutely amazing. We are so excited to continue our care with her, as she made us feel comfortable and heard in a time of the unknown. She explained all options of hearing devices and colors, as well as how the next few appointments will go. Of course she did all of this while the power was off! We were so glad she decided that she could still see us because she knew that we had drove an hour to the appointment!
