I really like her. She's punctual and I asked about an X-ray to re-evaluate my situation - she was on it and I didn't wait long on the tech to come get me.

Melanie took time to listen, asked questions and explained what the back x-ray indicated. Gave me options and did not rush me for a next step.She is a very thorough and understanding professional.

She had a welcoming spirit . Calm, asked how I was doing. How everything had been working for me. She asked what my pain level was now. She said what she would be doing . She knew her job and did if well. She was efficient and did it in a timely manner. It was not painful. She was very gentle . She Informed me of the next 3 mo visit She had the next scheduled visit ready for me when she had finished the shot. She she said she would see me next visit, and she left. I got dress and left. It took only about 10 or 15 min.

I am quite impressed with PA Mrzljak. She was very thorough, very inquisitive, very knowledgeable, thinking outside the box, and empathetic. She found lab tests in my history that hadn't yet been done and suggested I get updated orders for them as they related to my issues at hand.

I was dissatisfied with the outcome. I fully understand they say they are doing their best. I know what the problem is with knee. I feel like I wasn't listened to. I'm not sure how physical therapy is going to fix bone on bone. I had a torn meniscus last year and had surgery. I know what my knee needs. I was disappointed that I did not receive an order for a MRI. So now I have to pay for physical therapy that I feel is going to be no use in the healing of my knee.
