      NP did not know why I was there or what my case was about and left me far more confused than when I arrived. Example: She said I don't see that you had a seizure, but I'd like to increase your dosage. Why would that be appropriate? When I told her I had just gotten a refill, she said just thrown those pills away. Again, confusing.
