I tried to ask her about using the hearing aids in the pool and was frustrated to keep repeating myself, having to get her to understand my question. She reprimanded me saying I didn't need to get mad. I felt slighted and then shut down and stopped talking and looking her in the eye. I almost walked out, but then I thought If I rescheduled I would end up seeing her again, so I stayed. We were both wearing masks and I have hearing loss, thus the need for hearing aids. It seems she should have been more understanding about problems with communication with her patients.

At the beginning of the hearing test, I was not certain that the test had begun. I am not sure if I missed a verbal cue or if one had not been given at the start.
