He was awesome! I asked if he could be my new primary physician. Dr. Gibson has retired.

This was the first time I met Dr. Shuer. Very effective, efficient and listened to my concerns. Was very thoughtful about developing a plan that would likely be supported by his colleague, my usual primary care physician.

This was my first time with Dr Schuer. My first visit was with Dr. Rose and she is now my primary care giver. A couple of weeks later I came down with a virus but saw someone else in Women's Clinic due to appt problem. Virus got worse and was 2 weeks old so made another appt and got Dr Schuer which was a blessing.

Very thorough and answered all and every question. Felt like I mattered while I was in there as opposed to getting me in and out as fast as possible.

Doctor Schuer checked my left ear due to some blockage I was experiencing, but the summary did not provide a clear diagnosis or explanation of the issue. Although I have had earwax problems in the past, I am unsure if this is the underlying cause of my current discomfort.During my appointment with Kevin, I mentioned my previous experiences with ear blockages and my current symptoms, but I am uncertain about the root cause of my issue. However, the notes in My Chart contain some inaccuracies. For instance, the statement that she believes she is having ear wax problems is incorrect. I did not express any belief but rather stated my past experiences with similar symptoms. Moreover, the notes suggest that I denied experiencing any upper respiratory symptoms, including nasal congestion. In reality, I am currently experiencing nasal congestion due to seasonal allergies. He did not ask me about this possibility. Finally, the notes state that Doctor Schuer spent 20 minutes on the encounter, which is not accurate. My experience was that Kevin spent approximately 5-7 minutes on the appointment. I briefly explained my situation, and he examined my left ear for a 10 seconds. I am not sure if he saw the earwax or congestion and swelling or nothing.Overall, I appreciate the care and attention provided during my appointment. I do believe that Kevin may benefit from further experience in accurately documenting patients' concerns and symptoms.
