    PA Schuer listened to my concerns and followed through to talk to both my Primary Care Physician, and my specialist. He wrote me a letter on the same day with test results and what the doctors had recommended. Wonderful!!

      I presented to the clinic with cough sx. I notified the PA of my symptoms. Cough, phlegm and generally overall not feeling. He ordered rsv,Covid and flu test. All of which came back negative. He immediately ordered a round of antibiotics. I asked if I could have sinus infection or bronchitis. He said it's possible. He didn't give me an answer as to what was wrong. He never listened to my lungs or anything else. I feel the appointment was a complete waste. I left knowing not anymore than I did before I walked in. Very disappointed in the lack of care I received.
