    This is my 2nd appointment to the clinic and I saw a NP since my OB was out of town ( this was previously discussed when the appointment was schedule). The Nurse practitioner was very friendly, knowledgeable and I felt like I was in very good capable hands in the absence of my doctor.

    I was concerned about switching the birth control that I've been on for for almost 8 years for the first time and when I wanted some info/ medical advice on a different one, she never took the time to explain anything with me. I felt very rushed and uncared for.

    Jessica Murray was phenomenal and explained the procedure the whole way through. She took time to slow down and readjust to minimize my pain. Genuinely made the experience a lot less traumatic for me compared to my first IUD insertion. She is an amazing provider!

      My expectations were thrown off due to the delay of the provider getting into the room. She did not mention that she was late coming into the room. She was not rushed. She seems like a lovely and caring person. I did not have confidence in her competency. She did not seem to agree that It was the time to remove my IUD and then she couldn't remove It, but on my chart It lists that she Inserted It. The visit seemed disorganized mostly because It was so late getting started.

      This is my first pregnancy. I am so excited but was very nervous for my first appointment. The clinic ran efficiently. There was minimal time waiting, so that meant minimal time to sit and get anxious. I had questions prior to my appointment; those were answered quickly via MyChart. Jessica is great. She very answered all my questions, and her calm demeanor helped me be at ease. When we heard our baby's heartbeat for the first time, it was very emotional for my husband and me. Jessica never seemed rushed and let us have that moment. It was really special. I'm still apprehensive about the whole pregnancy and becoming a first time mom. Having an OB provider who made me feel comfortable has helped me be less nervous and more joyful.

      This was my first time meeting Jessica, and she unfortunately had to inform us we had a miscarriage. The compassion she showed us is something my husband and I will never forget. I know she had other patients but she did not rush us, she told us to stay as long as we needed and she answered all of our questions. She did so many things that day that she did not have to do, but we will never forget them. From the bottom of our hearts we thank her for her efforts that day.
