      I got to meet Audiology Student Erica who greeted us at the door and introduced herself. She guided us to the exam room and was clear about the process. Erica was friendly and knowledgeable and has a positive affirming attitude. Dr. Minnick joined us and continued the affirmation that I was progressing. I love Dr Jessica Minnick and Erica working as a team for a very positive experience. Pleasant visiting with both of them. They listened to my concerns and answered any and all questions my wife and I had. We were guided out to the exit and Heather Buffin took the time to stop and say Hi before we left. You folks are doing great things to help people like me and I thoroughly appreciate it. These are some of the best experiences I've ever had with health care providers in 66 years.
