Everyone attended to what, I came in for. Professional, kind made suggestions asked if I wanted to _____, and gave me instruction. What to do at home if I had another attack of vertigo.

Upon entering room with the student Dr. Shinn immediately stated that my husband or I would need to go back to the waiting room. There wasn't enough room for both us to be back there during my son's testing. My husband and I both take off work to be at these appts with our son. It's important and helpful that we both understand his level of hearing loss so we can best support and advocate for him. As a minor, parents should not be asked to leave during their care. Dr. Shinn made it seem as an inconvenience to her.

I am grateful for Jennifer's explanation of my hearing test and her discussion of how that test relates to the symptoms I am experiencing. She is kind as well as thorough.
