      Felicia Richards came into the exam room and did not know my partner's circumstances. She said 'you had a heart attack or something?' and my partner said, 'well, yes, but I've just had a heart transplant'. Felicia Richards said 'oh, I guess I only skimmed your notes. I guess I'd better go read them.' My partner and I were appalled that she had not come into the room prepared. That lack of preparation coupled with the hour long wait time meant that we left the clinic upset and dissatisfied.
