After the long wait, she took lots of time talking to me and making me feel comfortable.

My PA was extremely wonderful with me, in dealing with my health issue. She moved forward w/further testing which was the right thing to do.

I was tested for flu/covid/strep/rsv. I was told the tests would take a while since there were limited machines and several sick patients. I was sent home and told Ms. Miller would call in prescriptions based on the test results. I was very surprised that I had 5 prescriptions called in, two of which were things I already take and on my routine drug list, she didn't see that I already had those drugs. She also told me in my appointment that I didn't have one of the illnesses they tested me for -- which is actually what I do have.

We will not see this provider again or recommend her. Provider charted that I talked over my daughter. This is not true. I gave her time to answer and never talked while my child was trying to talk. My daughter would not talk to her because she did not like her recommendations. She obviously had not had time to review her chart prior to the visit so I was trying to fill her in.

Cristal has a calm and caring demeanor. She listens to me and answers all questions and concerns I may have. It's apparent she cares about her patients.

I love my Dr and the whole team. They are very empathetic and compassionate. Crystal always listens and explains everything to me. The Nurses and the Assistants have always been very approachable and caring.
