I was floored by the amazing care of Brittany Castle. I felt like she asked a lot of good questions to determine what was going on. She did a physical exam, which I appreciate. And she was very knowledgeable in what she was discussing. She gave me multiple options to choose from and informed me on what she recommended. I felt very involved in the decision. I am also happy that she scheduled a follow-up appointment to touch base again later and make sure things are improving. She expressed to me that if I had any issues at all, to call and ask. This was outstanding care!

I feel we were cautious during the 1st visit until we get to know each other better. I feel more proposed treatments will be coming.

Positives: They did a thorough exam, and were willing to listen to every concern, even the ones I wasn't sure were related. They put in orders for two kinds of testing, and explained their current hypotheses of potential causes very well, in a way that I could understand. They gave me an overview of what treatment might look like based on how the tests come back. I felt a sense of confidence in their knowledge and abilities to diagnose and treat my problems.

I felt like the PA didn't provide any real explanation for my symptoms. She prescribed a medication without going into detail about side effects (there are a ton when I researched myself). When I informed her that my mother had similar symptoms when she was diagnosed with a rare clotting disorder, the PA seemed unconcerned and ordered no testing for the disorder. I was told an order was out in for an MRI, but I have yet to receive any communication about when that might occur and It has been a week since my appointment.
