      Thorough, concerned, counseling, guidance, and explanation of all care given regarding medical plan. I felt good about my visit, ie motivated to follow medical plan. Upon starting my new plan I am feeling physically better 4 days later which is helping me to continue the plan. Outlook is positive. Attitude is positive and eager to continue with my lifestyle change.
