      Provider scared me after potentially saying it may be fluid or she could need a cochlear implant. That's jumping from one end to the extremes. Then said needed a referral to ENT and have yet to receive referral. She has zero tact. As a mother to newborn she caused extreme distress.

      Angela was phenomenal! My 7 year old is autistic and she was so pateint with him. She made the whole experience easy and fun. She explained the tests and the results clearly. She was calm, easy going, patient, kind, and flexible. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of an audiologist.
