Matt McEwen PT, DPT is a Hartford, KY native who began at UK Sports Rehabilitation in 2023. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Eastern Kentucky University in 2006. He earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kentucky in 2009. Matt has specialized in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since 2009. Matt is ASTYM certified and vestibular rehab certified. He is trained in dry needling and the McKenzie approach to treat back pain. Clinical interests include general orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Matt enjoys spending time with his family. He also likes bass fishing and playing golf with friends.
