Katie Robertson earned her doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University in 2013. She received a bachelor of science in biology with a minor in chemistry from Kentucky Wesleyan College in 2011.

Dr. Robertson recently moved from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where she practiced in an orthopaedic, sport and spine clinic.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Robertson served on South Carolina’s Physical Therapy Board-Political Action Committee. She was also a youth soccer coach for the Island Recreational League, a volunteer for PTR Wheelchair Championships, a Relay for Life Board Member: Recreational Chair, and a Special Olympics volunteer.

Dr. Robertson enjoys working with athletes. Her interests are in ACL injury prevention, return-to-sport conditioning and post-concussion management.

In 2012 she became a Sportsmetrics Certified trainer. She has also completed advanced training in manual therapy hosted by the Medical University of South Carolina School of Physical Therapy and earned her orthopedic manual therapy certification in 2018.
