About
Ashton Cook earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in coaching from The Ohio State University in 2022. She went on to complete her doctor of physical therapy degree at High Point University in North Carolina, graduating in April 2025. Following graduation, Ashton began a Sports Residency Program at the University of Kentucky with a focus on sports rehabilitation.
In addition to her clinical training, Cook has experience as a high school and club volleyball coach and has volunteered with Special Olympics.
Cook’s clinical interests include sports rehabilitation and injury prevention, with a particular passion for working with high school and collegiate athletes. She is committed to helping individuals return to their active lifestyles through a comprehensive and collaborative treatment approach.
