Community Support

At UK HealthCare, we take great pride in achieving excellence in patient care, education, research and community service.

Our organization is devoted to supporting the growth and improvement of the communities we serve. Developed in 2006, the UK HealthCare Community Engagement Program has established mutually beneficial relationships to enrich the community with more than 120 local, state and national organizations. These partnerships are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those in our city, state and beyond.

The Community Engagement Program provides communities with accurate and reliable health information and education, health screenings, and risk assessments, along with expert physician and other clinical speakers.

Join the UK HealthCare community by signing up to become a UK HealthCare ambassador. The Ambassador Program is a great way for employees of UK HealthCare to get actively involved in the community. As an ambassador, you will receive email invitations to volunteer and participate in community events on behalf of UK HealthCare.

UK HealthCare is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle for the people of Kentucky. As an ambassador, you will become a part of this initiative. Volunteer opportunities through the UK HealthCare Ambassador Program allow you to represent UK HealthCare at many types of events hosted by organizations that UK HealthCare supports.

Opportunities include working at our booth or tent at conferences, walks/runs, and lunch or dinner events benefiting a specific organization. Exciting opportunities are added to our community engagement calendar throughout the year, and we would love to include you.
