Smoothies can serve as a quick and easy breakfast or snack. The best part is that they can also be great sources of vitamins and nutrients when you use fresh fruits and vegetables.

Follow along with this video to make this healthy tropical green smoothie:


2 oranges, peeled

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup fresh pineapple

1 cup red grapes (seedless)

1 cup ice


Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
