Our 2026 Childbirth Education Classes are free, with Zoom and some in-person options available.

Please choose one Childbirth Preparation Class, either the Condensed Saturday Program or the Three-Week Program.

Childbirth Preparation Condensed Saturday Program (Offered every other month via Zoom on Saturday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
Childbirth Preparation Three-Week Program (Offered on three consecutive Tuesdays, via Zoom, 6:30-8:30 p.m. No 3-week program in July or December.)
Childbirth Preparation Class: In-Person (Offered every other month on Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
Tools for an Unmedicated Birth, via Zoom (Repeats Thursdays every other month, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.)
Baby Basics, via Zoom (Repeats monthly on Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m.)
Infant Safety and CPR. (Offered one Thursday quarterly, in-person from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.)
Infant Safety and CPR. This class is provided every month by interactive PowerPoint sent on the first Thursday of the month.
Nursing Your Infant - Saturdays, in person (Repeats alternating months on Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m., with no in-person class in December. Register below for the December class available via Zoom.)
