The doctor listened, shared information that eased my worry, and laid out a treatment plan. She even brought in another doctor who was an expert in my health concern.

The whole appointment was really rushed. I had questions but the doctor rushed out before I could ask them and then the nurse who came back to do my covid test couldn't find her.

Every time I come to student health, I receive amazing care. I have seen Dr. Justice a few times and she listens, recommends and works to fix my problems.

Dr. Justice was so nice and respectful. She respected me and listened to my concerns. She allowed me to have input in my care and my plans. She was comforting to me, and didn't make me for stupid for the accident I was seen for.

Provider spoke to me in a manner I did not appreciate, as though she was speaking down to me. She rushed to get in and out of my room and did not allow me to explain what I had been doing to already begin losing weight and offered her suggestions anyway.

I would have liked the provider to be more personal.

I tried to tell her why I thought I was sick, but she never heard of that before, so assumed I was wrong. She also prescribed me medication that does not have any of my symptoms listed under the uses section of its description, as well as a medication primarily used for cancer patients, i.e. An incredibly strong medication that I most likely shouldn't be taking. Overall, she was very dismissive and didn't explain what was happening at all, and then proceeded to prescribe meds to me without fully giving me information about what they were for or how/when to take them.
