For once I finally saw a provider who listened to my concerns and did not simply push them off as nothing or simply say it was due to my weight or mental health. She showed interest in my concerns and was compassionate when I visibly showed how the results of MRI worried me in a personal level. She did not dismiss my worries as other have but reassured me that we would rule out all possible diagnosis to help find the correct treatment for my health concerns. She treated me as a human- not just another chart.

Spent too much time with student doctor, not with doctor. EKG not done right. Visit was too long. Nearly 3 hours.

We thought the nurse/tech who gave injections may not have been very experienced - my children said they hurt significantly more than usual, and son was left with a whole bruise around the injection site.

I don't have a clear idea of what she was saying, and I told her that. I still don't.

I was having a mental health issue and a physical issue, and my doctor appeared very dismissive of my physical concerns and offered me little direction or advice other than a referral to behavioral health and a referral to audiology. She said she would give me a pamphlet on an alternative birth control option, which she did not. She told me go get a massage for what turned out to be (in her estimation) an inflamed tendon from stress. I had to dig for details on what kinds of things to ask for. After I left, I received a notification to check my chart, and the note on my audiology referral says something to the effect of this may be a mood disorder, which feels completely dismissive of an extremely real problem I have experienced for years, all because I happened to at the time of my visit also need mental health help.
