Everything was good except I didn't know there was a male resident going to be there. He diagnosed me first before Dr hossey (Hosey)came in. Also the resident didn't look very interested in my case, I felt like I had to justify why I was there. I don't remember the name of the intern. Dr hossey (Hosey) was good, but he could have listened more, I just felt like he kept talking. Sometimes you need to listen to the what the patient is trying to say!

Excellent physician care. Treatment was very successful. I will return without hesitation if I need care again.

Good explanation

The sports medicine walk-in clinic is a great resource for the community! If you arrive early, you can be seen and get your child to school in time. Dr. Hosey and Dr. Pruitt were thorough and kind to my son.

A resident did my initial consultation. My wrist has been in pain for three weeks. I had visited an urgent care clinic, but it was still bothering me. My xray looked ok, and they felt very dismissive. The resident said they could give me a steroid, and then went to get the supervising physician. I don't recall the resident even looking at my wrist. The supervising physician came in and did test the strength and motion of my wrist. I was told to wrap the wrist and rest it, which I tried to explain I had already been doing for three weeks. He prescribed a steroid pac seemed to reluctantly give me a PT order, but said not to schedule anything at least a week to see how it was doing. Definately felt like they did not think they should be seeing me.

Dr. Hosey and staff were very efficient, professional and friendly. They were concerned about my health need.

Dr. Hosey is an excellent provider.

Dr. Hosey and his staff (Pruitt and Fisher) were wonderful with my daughter. They took all the time they need to explain everything. We very much appreciate it!

Staff was very knowledgeable of injury and offered effective treatment.

The PA took more time to listen and examine me. The doctor walked in and look at my X-ray and telling me about having a shoulder replacement. Never ask the PA about his examination. Just right on to it. I found it a bit off putting. I'll have further conversation with the surgeon.

Great care

Literally referred to provider to discuss surgery options by another orthopedic doctor. All they wanted to do was bandaid the problems. Stated age and BMI was factor even though I know others personally older and with worse BMI that had their knees fixed. I don't want to wait until I'm 60 and can't walk to fix my problems because their magic cream didn't work.

Very helpful, he listened to my concerns.
