    Highly effective communication allowed for an efficient encounter. Although the Doctor promised no magic words to cure my condition, the words she did use were a boost to my morale. Giving me hope that a solution may yet be achieved and reassuring me with her highly knowledgeable scientific understanding of the possible causes for my condition. Hope is a precious thing in the face of years of pain and I appreciate having a little more of it now.
