Dr Kluemper took significant time to help me understand the problems in my wrist, the complexity of the situation and what could be done to improve it. He described the surgery and the recovery, and explained that I should have a very good chance of pain relief, though I shouldn't expect to have my younger wrist of years ago. He was patient and considerate while answering all my questions. I look forward to working with him.

This was a second opinion apt. Dr. Kluemper listened to my opinion about my care and had great bedside manor.

Almost every person there (the PA, the nurses, the lady who came in prior to the doctor-i can't remember her title) was extremely nice and helpful. The doctor tried very hard to answer all of my questions thoroughly and discuss our options without rushing. I feel like his overall judgments and decisions were correct, and that he is excellent at his job. However, when I brought up another's opinion on my injuries, he rolled his eyes. He also disregarded a few of my concerns without talking through why he was disregarding them. So I think he performed his job excellently, but I wish that he had been nicer in his approach.
