The provider helped me schedule a follow-up appointment and was able to provide a referral for an outside appointment.

My provider was so rude, bad attitude, grumpy, not comforting, and extremely condescending.

My first appointment with Kimberly Bennett (APRN) was outstanding. I came in on time and was called in right away. Ms. Bennett was patient and kind, and she listened to my concerns. She checked my chart and proposed appropriate treatment and medications. Nebulizer treatment was provided on the spot to ease my breathing. That helped me a lot that day just to breathe better. In addition, she ordered all of my regular medication refills that were needed since my newly assigned primary care is recently assigned to me and I did not have chance to meet. Thank you Ms. Bennett for taking good care of me that day and making sure that I get all things I needed to feel better.

She was so awesome!! She made me feel so comfortable to ask questions and also converse. She completely took all my nerves away even though it was my first time having that procedure done. She was just so nice, funny, and personable and I felt like I was in good hands and being taken care of!!
