I would explain what hurt and what was bothering me and she recommended allergy medicine which I was already taking so I felt that I waisted my time even going to the doctor.

Dr. Bennett is the best! So thoughtful in listening to you and also just very personable. Took time to get to know more about me. I felt very comfortable with her and her advice about my health.

The doctor acted as though by being in her exam room, I was an inconvenience to her. She was cold and impatient.

The doctor took the trouble to listen to another doctor's idea as a second opinion because there was a difference between what she thought about my symptoms and what I thought, and I was a little confused.

She was so helpful and really cared about getting me what I needed for my upcoming trip abroad.

Very dismissive of my concerns and refused to do the flu or COVID-19 tests. I told her that I've had a chronic earache on and off for three months and she said my ears were fine. She then mentioned my weight and sent me home with a BMI packet, even though my visit did not pertain to my weight. Finally, after being in the room for two minutes she sent me on my way and insinuated that I was not actually sick and just wanted a free day out of class. The nursing student that saw me first was lovely and did take my concerns seriously. I was not asked if being seen by a student was okay, but at least she was the highlight of my experience.
