The PA Eric Willaims I saw in Dr. Shelby's office was already prepared with my issue. He showed concern, explained in depth about my issue I was having, he discussed all treatments , risks, benefits, that might possibly have. Then he listened to my thoughts very intently. 100% do I continue to send folks to his and others offices for treatments. This office is the BEST for orthopedics, knee, as well as other treatments.
