Brittney Gray

About

Dr. Brittney Gray is a post-doctoral scholar at the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital. Dr. Gray received her Psy.D. in counseling psychology from Radford University in 2023. Dr. Gray completed her pre-doctoral internship at Cherokee Health Systems with a clinical focus on integrated primary care, pediatric health psychology, and women’s health. Dr. Gray enjoys utilizing evidence-based treatments to assist children and families in addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) while fostering resilience and growth. Dr. Gray is currently providing specialized interventions for families with medically complex and premature infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Neonatal Abstinence Care Unit (NACU). Dr. Gray is involved in professional organizations such as Postpartum Support International - KY (PSI-KY) chapter that aims to improve the accessibility of perinatal mental health support for women and families across the Bluegrass. Dr. Gray is a native Kentuckian and looks forward to serving children and families in her home state with warm compassionate care.
