N.P. Martha Cook was very nice, caring, and professional. She answered all questions, ordered x-rays, The day after, a nurse called to see how patient was doing

She seemed baffled..confused about what to do or how to proceed. Just as the physician's assistant did two weeks prior In Dr. Prusick's office. Pain Is extreme. So far, I've been prescribed Steroids, muscle relaxant and diclofenac None of which even touched the pain. When I stopped taking all of them, oddly enough, I felt a little bit better. A month-long, painful, debilitating experience.

Dr Cook is such a caring physician. She explains things in understandable terms and seeks for my understanding.
