Kyle is absolutely amazing! He is by far one of the best providers I have encountered regarding mental health. He is honest and understanding about your needs but also the goals that you have and will help you get there.

Nurse Kyle is a whiz. He's able to conduct our consultations and be a real person at the same time. I really like him. He treats me with respect and doesn't treat me like a weirdo, even though I have many mental health issues I feel respected by him and he's really helping me get to the bottom of all my symptoms.

Very thorough, spent 90minites or so on this evaluation. Listened well, gave good options, engaging and personable.

With many years of personal therapy and psychiatric help I can say without hesitation that this was the best first experience I have ever had with a provider. Not only was he listening and knowledgeable but he took his time to make sure that we walked through all of my prior treatments as well as personal story to be able to formulate the best case for success on my route to finding the right fit for medication.

Kyle used an odd voice (almost cartoonish) when discussing topics that he either thought were uncomfortable or difficult to discuss. There was a student observing him, so it appeared he was trying to be cool or maybe is just made uncomfortable by those topics? Those topics include: drug use, sexual activity/desire, hormones (and a couple others I do not directly remember). When asking me the customary questions about mental health, after he finished the set typically associated with schizophrenia, he made a quip about me being lucky I didn't have a psychotic break. I'm familiar with these questions because my sister is schizophrenic. This remark was beyond disrespectful, even without family history. I left the appointment fairly uncomfortable and attempted rescheduling with another provider but apparently cannot do so without discussing it with him. I'm unsure if I'll return.

There was so much discussed. I hope I'll get a written summary of everything. That will be very helpful since I have a processing disorder

Kyle is always willing to listen to my concerns and suggest solutions without overwhelming me. I also appreciate that he knows if I am being honest during my visit and calls me on it so that he can best help my condition. He's very intuitive and knows when something is off. I love having him as my provider and wouldn't wish for anyone else in the world.

This was my first telehealth appointment with Kyle. Even though we weren't in person I found it easy to explain as well as hear his explanations and concerns for my well-being.

Finally someone who took the time to look at me as a whole and listen to me. I have been trying to get a provider to listen to me for years because I felt they were all just blaming my depression/anxiety on lupus. Sure enough I was right! Thank goodness for Kyle who gave me a proper diagnosis.
