After explaining about my condition, and sometimes more than one condition in need of treatment, then telling me about the treatment options that may be available to me, APRN / provider, Mr.Jeffery Fugate, asks me what I would like for him to try including referral when needed. Additionally Mr. Fugate always asks if I need time to think about options.
