    She was a bit short with me and would cut me off when trying to ask questions and I had to slow her down a touch and literally ask can I ask you a question When I did that she calmed/slowed down a bit and listened and answered the 1-2 questions I had in an effective manner. Maybe she was swamped that day.

    Carol was the best! She talked with us at length, gave us her opinion and recommendations, which we will follow at 100! She felt we have nothing to worry about but ordered additional test for assurance to us. Highly recommend Carol to anyone.
