Doctor Kathleen Robert is clearly a wonderful,caring person and an excellent doctor. She has helped me a number of times and always correctly diagnose the problem and fixes it, This visit I was in excruciating pain. She quickly figured out the cause which was different than I thought and prescribed medication that fully aliviated the pain completely right away. UK is lucky to have her on their staff and I am blessed and eternally grateful that she stopped the pain,

I think she did a good job getting fluid from my knee, the only negative thing was my pain at nine. I had to wait hours to get out of there to start a steroid and probably should have brought some ibuprofen if I knew it would take so long.

I could tell I was just another patient. I was not listened to whatsoever. I explained the pain I was in and the only solution I was offered was physical therapy.

Sent me for an ultrasound to check for a blood clot. It came back negative, the provider then did nothing else for me. I still can't bear weight on my right leg and am still in 8/10 pain

Dr Robers was excellent! She was aware that had another healthcare appointment to get to on Maxwell street. She read my X-rays and attended to my knee immediately. Assured me that I had only stretched a ligament, relieving my concerns. I made it to my next appointment! BRAVO TO HER!!
