About

Dr. Jaime Pittenger is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics serving as a Pediatric Hospitalist for Kentucky Children’s Hospital with an interest in child abuse.  She also serves as the Pediatric Residency Program Director.  She received her medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, did her residency in pediatrics at the University of Louisville, and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. 

Since arriving at UK Healthcare in 2010, Pittenger has been a dedicated advocate for the children in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  She serves on the State Child Fatality Review Panel. She has also made education of the public and other healthcare professionals a cornerstone of her practice.
