Dr. Heiman is patient's favorite doctor. She is extremely happy with her care, and so are we, her parents.

Regular 6-month checkup: listened to my heart and breathing. Blood work. Otherwise, just oral questions. Don't know if more direct examination is expected, like checking moles or more, but my previous doctor did.

Dr. Heiman is an excellent practitioner! She provides me with the best possible care. She is interested in the information I give her and helps me problem solve for successful outcomes.

I mentioned needing allergy testing and still haven't heard from anyone in that office. That was the 16th, it's now the 22nd

Dr.Heiman even asked me how I am doing following death of my husband almost 1 year ago. Showed compassion and knowledge of patient!

After the nurse checked me in, I was seen by a medical school student (very niee). Spent the most time with him... Repeated information I already gave to nurse about issues I wanted to discuss. When I saw Dr. Heiman at the end of my visit, several of the issues where not discussed by Dr. Heiman I wonder if they were considered covered by the medical student?

I don't feel like the doctor was hearing me. I got one out of three issues I can for resolved after waiting 1.5 months to be seen. This again isn't good care. The intern was amazing! So good at listening and assessing, unfortunately she doesn't/didn't get to make any of the decisions for my care. I would see her again any day.

Dr. Heiman was very thorough in examining me. She was a good listener and very kind. She promptly followed up with me regarding test results and referrals. .

Resident seem to trivialize my concerns and questions, even seem to talk down to me. Also, details about medicine refills and replacement meds were handled completely wrong, still waiting 2 days later to get resolved.

Just can't understand why she didn't order any blood work since it's been a while since my last visit and my medications dosage depends on bloodwork

They are not able to diagnose the problem as I have visited many of them.

It was a really good experience at a time when I was feeling really stressed.
