    When Saprina walked in the room, she didn't introduce herself (and she didn't confirm my name and DOB which seemed odd). She raised the standing desk, and stood at it the whole time, taking notes and looking at the screen, with her hands on the keyboard. She turned her head and looked at me when she asked me questions. At one point, when discussing some pain I had experienced, she asked how bad it hurt. I said that on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst, it was probably a 6. She waved her hand towards me and said psht, that's nothing then and continued typing/reading on the computer. I felt very disconnected and dismissed by her. She didn't necessarily treat me bad, but I certainly didn't feel listened to or cared for. It felt like she was talking at me instead of with me.

      Im never sure Saprina takes my concerns seriously. I told her I didn't necessarily want to be on meds, she told me to get over It. I told her about work stress and jaw pain and wasnt super curious.

      Saprina was great. I came in very stressed out, anxious, tearful, and cried through my appointment and she made sure to address all of my needs and make sure I was taken care of.

      I probably will not return. Lack of professionalism. I was continually told my health will deteriorate in years to come. I am young, no medical history, healthy labs. I am very mindful of my self care to remain healthy, I do not see it professional to tell me the worst is yet to come with my medical issues.

      I am so grateful for Dr Covington. As someone who generally doesn't enjoy going to the doctor's office, I feel completely at ease and not judged with her, and actually cared for as an individual and human. I look forward to my appointments with her because I know I will be heard, respected, and properly cared for.

      I went to this doctor's appointment because the treatment for the UTI wasn't working. We decided I wasn't taking the correct dosage of the medication for maximum results. It was later discovered that after the culture was returned, I was taking the wrong anti-biotic. During this visit the provider was able to tell me I may have over-medicated myself on another medication for sleep insomnia. She was correct! I switched to 1/2 pill and the fogginess and dizziness I was experiencing cleared up. THANKS!

      There wasn't much of a conversation addressing what I was specifically concerned about- it was more of a note taking' denoting what I was saying and then a plan without much of an explaination on why that was the plan. I didn't feel as if I was part of the decision making process or that things were fully explained.

      Great experience from begining to end but would like my chart updated. I found out later that it showed I had Covid that was over 4 months ago. I was placed in a waiting area for those flagged as contagious when I was getting tests.

      Saprina has ALWAYS been amazing. She listens to me and believes what I say, even helps and refers me out when she doesn't have an answer. I feel very comfortable with her and like I'm treated as a real person.

      I plan to switch providers. I got frustrated and did not feel listened to. Some concerns were dismissed while others she didn't follow up on. There were responses in my MyChart about things we never even discussed.
