Personal Statement

I have a passion for education and caring for others. These two passions led me to my career in the medical field. I began my nursing career on a Mother-Baby hospital unit, and this is where I fell in love with Women’s Health. Throughout my time caring for women, I desired to learn much more so that I could in return, help better educate my patients and improve their personal experiences and outcomes.

Although I am trained to treat patients across the lifespan, my passion has always been in the field of Women’s Health. I strive to meet each patient individually in their walk of life and make a plan of care that they too are happy with. In this field of medicine particularly, I feel the patient/provider relationship is vital, and I consider it an honor for patients to entrust me with their care.
