Dr. Hubert is a great listener. She cares a lot and takes the slight decisions to help.

Very through, does good exam, gives a lot w/thought to it, tells you if thinks could work or not.

Love this provider! She listens to me and actually makes me feel ike she isn't rushed and I always feel (+) when I leave her office.

She immediately made arrangement for blood work (that was done as soon as the appointment was over and had referral sent in for bone density test and consultation.

Melissa was wonderful. I was there for my first follow-up visit after a spinal fusion approximately two earlier. I went into the appointment thinking she would lift some of my restrictions because I felt so good. Boy, was I wrong! She literally shot down every request I made that involved lifting or modifying a restriction. I'd ask, and she would either say, No, or give me a look. LOL! The worst part was having my husband in the room nodding his head and giving me an I told you so look. Melissa said just because I felt good doesn't mean I'm healed. I need to follow my restrictions; they're short-term. Plus, I don't want to have another surgery (revision) because I didn't do what I was supposed to do. Although staying on restrictions stinks, I appreciate her honesty.

Melissa is a joy to see, always empathetic and concerned with my well-being and the successful outcome of my surgery.

I don't think any of the frustration that we had from that appointment was from Melissa. She was very helpful.

I don't feel comfortable with this PA as far as concern for my issues. And in reading notes on mychart, there are inaccuracies about our discussions in what she posts... This has happened all three times I have seen her.

The PA was not good.

PA Hubert was attentive, professional and patient even when I had difficulty discussing/explaining sensitive information. If she or her staff ever became aggravated because I was so talkative, they certainly didn't let on! I felt heard, validated and reassured. My only remaining concern is preserving my dignity during the outpatient procedure I'm waiting to have scheduled. PA Hubert explained this will be performed by an all-male IR staff. Although I'm somewhat apprehensive, she assured me that they'll be respectful of my concerns about privacy/draping, and that having a female advocate present may be possible. I truly appreciate her time and feel less anxious knowing what to expect ahead of time.
