Very short. Didn't seem concerned. I didn't even get phone call about my results or advice on what occurred. Extremely disappointed and not wanting to see this person again.

When I ask a clarifying question I was asking if I had to a problem today. I feel like the appointment was rushed and my reasons for coming were skimmed over and generalized I left without any clear understanding of what the next step would be and two days later the medication I thought I was going to get a prescription for still is not at the pharmacy and no one is reaching back out to me to let me know what's going on. There's an update on the UK MyChart from my labs but I don't know what those things mean. The person who saw me just indicated that the labs we're pretty good and then there was a long paragraph about how she's leaving to practice which I don't feel is the proper place to be giving those kind of updates my chart is about me not this healthcare person who is leaving the practice.

I appreciate how she listened and helped me coordinate to get some new needed doctors on my team. I appreciated most of all how she understood how serious getting a hysterectomy is, and her advice to help me achieve that.

Jennifer is the best. It's why I truly do not want to see another provider for speed purposes. Jennifer knows my history and takes it into account when we decide on treatment plans. I feel heard, and valued which is why I drive an hour to see her! And always will!
